Former Curtiss Resident Dies in Idaho Nov. 10

Funeral services were conducted Tuesday for Helmuth Klessig, age 60, a former resident of the town of Hoard, who died of a heart attack at his home in Coeuer d’Alene, Idaho, Saturday, Nov. 10.

Mr. Klessig was born in the town of Hoard and lived there until his early manhood when he moved to Tennessee where he was in the cheese business. He retired in 1959 and moved to Idaho.

Surviving are his wife; two sons, Helmuth, Jr., of Coeur d’Alene and Lyle of Portland, Ore.; three grand children; three sisters, Mrs. Heran Marquardt of Rothschild, Mrs. Hugo Kobs of Marshfield, and Mrs. Albert Mandel of Colby, Route 2; four brothers, Albert of Curtiss, William of Owen, Harold of Colby and Raymond of Dorchester, Wis.
