Marriage vows between Miss Frances Ruesch, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Earnest Ruesch, Medford, and Harold Merwin, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ben Merwin, Abbotsford, were exchanged on Tuesday afternoon, Dec. 28, in the Community Evangelical church of Medford. The service was read at 2:00 o’clock by the Rev. G. E. Pauloweit in the presence of immediate relatives and friends of the bridal couple.
A frock of pink wool jersey was chosen for the occasion by the bride. Her sister, Miss Marian Ruesch, of Medford, wore lime green wool jersey. Both wore corsages of gardenias and black accessories.

A reception followed the ceremony and a wedding supper was served to 12 guests at the home of the bride’s parents. In the evening a wedding dance was held at Cherokee. The young couple left on a wedding trip to Park Falls.
