For the occasion the bride wore a gown of white satin and lace and a finger tip veil of illusion, caught to a head dress of seed pearls. She carried a bouquet of pink roses and white pompons.

Attending them as matron of honor and best man were the bride’s brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Willard Bergan, of Madison. Mrs. Bergan wore a pink satin and lace frock with matching shoulder length veil.

Other attendants were Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Fults, brother-in-law and sister of the groom; Miss Bernice Pacholke, Eau Claire, cousin of the groom, and Art Elstrom, Chicago.

The bridesmaids wore frocks of blue satin and flowers in their hair.

Miss Virginia Bergan, niece of the bride, dressed in pink satin, was the flower girl.

All the attendants carried Colonial bouquets of mixed flowers.

Following the ceremony a reception was held in the church hall and dinner was served to 65 guests. The bridal table was centered with a large wedding cake and candles and flowers carried out the color scheme of white, pink and blue. A dance was held at Cherokee hall.
