Pokallus, Verna F. (Marriage - 14 Jan. 1946)

Announcement is made of the marriage of Verna F. Pokallus of Torrance, California, formerly of Abbotsford, to J. D. Harris, Holland, Missouri. The ceremony was performed at Torrance, California Jan. 14.

The groom is a recently discharged veteran and served nearly five years in the army, 25 months of which were spent in the South Pacific. He was seriously wounded and was awarded the Purple Heart.

The bride was employed at Coast Insulation company at Torrance. At present they are residing at Torrance.
