Neillsville

C.J. Sparr of Wausau was in the city Friday.

Greenwoodites in the city Saturday were: John Shanks, Mrs. D. Shanks, D. Coons and H. R. Scholfield.

C. M. Poff, M. D., and son of Carlyle were doing business in town Saturday.

Mrs. Emeline Phelps of Merrillan passed through town Tuesday on a visit to his sister, Mrs. Lucy Hartson of Grant.

M. M. Post of Black River Falls was up Saturday.

O. C. Behrens, the Greenwood horse trader, was in town Saturday and Sunday.

D. L Hennessey, the Loyal pedagogue, H. T. Stevens and H. W. Williams were representatives from that town Saturday.

E. A. Beechler, the hustling Grantonite, was in town on business Monday.

The ball game between Granton and Neillsville Saturday, resulted in favor our city with the score standing 6 to 9.
