Jakel, Charles W. #2 (6 NOV 1881 - 6 FEB 1951)

Tomorrow Afternoon at two o’clock funeral services will be conducted from the Evangelical and Reformed Church at Curtiss for Charles Jake. The Rev. Puhlman will officiate at the service and burial will be made in the Pine Hill Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers will be Melvin Ostenson, Henry Peterson, Walter Leuth, John Michlig, Henry Johnson and Henry House.

Mr. Jakel had apparently been enjoying good health but succumbed suddenly to a heart attack Tuesday evening. He was 70 years of age, having been born on Nov. 6, 1881 at Bridgewood, Ill.

Surviving him are his wife, five sons and three daughters.
