Mr. O.L. Carteron left Friday with a carload of cattle for the southern part of the state.

Miss Irene Demuth spent Sunday at Chetek.

Mr. and Mrs. A.T. Ula were Neillsville callers Monday.

Mr. and Mrs. N.W. Scherer of Greenwood spent Sunday at the Geo. Scherer home.

Mr. and Mrs. John Demuth and Miss Florence Scherer returned home Friday from Dodgeville, Wis., where they had spent the last two weeks visiting.

A large crowd from here spent the 4th at Marshfield.

Mr. and Mrs. Jim Syth visited at Kline's Sunday.

Mrs. Mary Gries returned to Greenwood Friday after spending a few days here with her daughter, Mrs. Jim Syth.

Mr. John Miller of Chili was a caller at Kalkofen's Monday.

Mrs. Geo. Scherer spent Friday afternoon with Mrs. Matt Lindner Jr.
