Miss Alvera Jasmar, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Jasmar, Withee (Clark Co., Wis.), became the bride of Alden Anderson, Marshfield, son of Mr. and Mrs. A. J. Anderson of Owen, during a ceremony performed at 2:30 o’clock Saturday afternoon in the Lutheran Church in Withee, with the Rev. Walter Schedler officiating.
Attending the couple were Mr. and Mrs. George Arndt, Marshfield, brother-in-law and sister of the groom, Vernon Jasmar, the bride’s brother, and Miss Dorothy Anderson, Owen, sister of the groom.
The bride wore a floor length gown of white taffeta featuring a scalloped Bertha collar and a full skirt caught up at the front hem with pink ribbons. Her fingertip veil was attached to a beaded headpiece and she carried a bouquet of white and pink carnations.
