Miss Marilyn Rueden, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Rueden, of Dorchester, and Eugene Gloudeman, of Loyal, were united in marriage at 10 o’clock, Thursday morning, June 13, in St. Louis’ Catholic church, Dorchester, Wis. The Rev. Phillip T. Weller read the double ring service before the nuptial high mass.

Both of the bride’s attendants wore similar frocks of satin and marquisette. Matching head dresses completed their attire and they held Colonial bouquets of white carnations and sweet peas.
Following the ceremony dinner and supper were served at the Rueden home where a large wedding cake, flanked with bowls of red roses and sweet peas and lighted tapers, formed the center piece. In the evening, a wedding dance was held at Colby, Wis.
Mrs. Gloudeman was graduated from the Abbotsford high school in May.
