Kram, Pamela Anne (16 June 1952 - 19 April 2009)
Pamela Kram, 56, of Neilslville died Sunday, April 19, 2009, at her residence.
Pamela Anne Kram was born June 16, 1952, in Winona, MN, the daughter of Philip Jacob and Violet Marie (Daniel) Kram. She attended school in Winona. In 1971, she met and dated her husband to be Robert Hawley. They married in 1973. Also in 1973, she enlisted into the United States Air Force. She and Bob lived in Italy, Texas and New Mexico. They also traveled extensively throughout the United States. In 1985, they moved to Neillsville. They later divorced. Pam held numerous sewing jobs and was considered a master seamstress.
Pam had a love for all animals, even inviting wild animals into her home. She loved going to rummage sales, reading, gardening and sewing. Most of all though she had a deep love and devotion for her children.
She is survived by her children, Robert Hawley and Kendra Hawley, both of Neillsville; her ex-husband, Robert Hawley of Granton; her mother, Violet Kram of Winona, MN; two sisters, Lisa Kram of Minneapolis, MN, and Linda Merckel of Winona, MN; sisters-in-law, Ginger (Steve Schewe) Hawley and Linda Hawley, both of Winona, MN; several nieces and nephews; and good friends, Connie Wissell of Neillsville and Dan Oelhafen of Granton.
She was preceded in death by her father, Philip Kram.
A Memorial Service for Pam will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 23, 2009 at the Gesche Funeral Home in Neillsville. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Thursday at the Gesche Funeral Home.
