Eva Zallar and Mildred Clair called at the A. Trunkel home Thursday night.

The annual school meeting was held Tuesday, July 6th. Anton Trunkel was elected director for a term of 3 years.

John Zallar Sr. had the misfortune of breaking his kneecap and opening the joint in his left knee. He is able to be up again at this writing.

The Ramosh family left Thursday morning for their home in Milwaukee.

Quite a few are beginning to cut hay.

Lucas Gabrovic, Frank, John and Sophie will leave for Chicago.

August Gabrovic and wife are spending their vacation visiting with their parents.

There are quite a few strangers around here from Illinois. We wonder who they are.

Quite a number of people took in the show at the Willard Hall Sunday night.
