Mrs. Kier called on Mrs. Dahlke
Sunday.
Oswald Pischer had a tussle with
the grip last week.
Mrs. Wm. Schoengarth and Miss
Hilda called on Mrs. Pischer Sunday.
John Krause is spending a few
days with his father-in-law.
Fred Schoengarth and sons drove
to Neillsville Saturday.
Mrs. Ernest Ayers is very
successful in the poultry business having just hatched 104 whit leghorn chicks
out of 120 eggs with one of her incubators.
Mrs. Dahlke and brother Leo
Williams were Granton callers Saturday.
Miss Berg and pupils are enjoying
an Easter vacation of one week.
The Dahlke children are
entertaining the mumps.
Alma Pischer returned home from
her visit at Granton Monday.
Paul Kelpin left for Canada early
last week to spend the summer with his brother Carl.
John Gluch has two carpenters at
work on his house which he intends to improve very much.
Herman Gluch has his house about
ready to move into.
Richard Garbisch of Marshall,
Minn., who is here visiting relatives in company with Robert and family, spent
Monday evening at Hy Garbisch’s.
John and Aug. Krause spent
Tuesday at Granton.
Wm. Dahlke delivered calves at
Granton Monday.
Fred Kier with the aid of a few
neighbors sawed a big pile of wood Saturday.
Real estate agent Fred Gerber and
a party whose name we did not learn were looking over farms in this section of
the country last week, but did not close a deal.
