NOTICE OF FINAL SETTLEMENT, State
of Wisconsin, County Court for Clark County, IN PROBATE
Notice is hereby given that at a
Special Term of the County Court to be held in and for said County, at the Court
House in the City of Neillsville in said County, on the fourth Tuesday, being
the 28th day of April, A.D. 1914 at 10 o’clock am, the following
matters will be heard and considered:
The application of Henry W.
Timmer as executor of the Will of Charles E. Beeckler, late of the village of
Granton in said county, deceased, for the examination and allowance of his final
account of his administration, and for the assignment of the residue of the
estate of Charles E. Beeckler deceased, to such other persons as are by law
entitled to the same.
