Schmoll, Magdalena #2 (4 AUG 1859 - 1 AUG 1907)

On Thursday night Mrs. August Schmoll died, after an illness of many months. The funeral occurred Monday at St. Mary’s Church. Mrs. Schmoll was born Magdalena Schill at St. Wendell, Wis., on Aug. 4, 1859. She was married to August Schmoll in the fall of 1880, and three children, John, Frank and Lizzie were born, one of whom, Frank, preceded his mother in death. Mrs. Schmoll has been a resident of this city (Neillsville, Clark Co., Wis.) for 19 years, conducting the Wisconsin House. She was a lady of exemplary Christian conduct, and was noted among her friends for her charity and goodness. Those who attended the funeral from a distance were L. Mathias and wife of Antigo, Simon Grasser and wife of Sheboygan, Peter Hoffman of St. Wendell and Frank Schill of Cleveland.
