Ladies Aid will meet with Mrs. Gus Horn Aug. 5yh. All are welcome.

Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Hermann of Colby and Mr. and Mrs. O. Horn returned home Monday from their visit with their brother, Herman Ebert in Minnesota.

Mr. and Mrs. Gus Horn and children visited at the George Vollrath home Saturday evening.

Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Poppe and and children spent Sunday at H. Horn's.

Gus Horn had two horses killed by Lightning last week.

Haases are entertaining company from Chicago.

Mr. and Mrs. W.F. Vollrath and family, Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Vollrath and daughters, Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Ludwig, Mr. A. Speich and daughter Lillian, Mr. Tieman and sons Chas. And Newton of Thorp were Sunday visitors at the J. Speich home.

Mrs. R. Clute and baby are visiting at the J. Metcalf home.

Mrs. R. Horn called on Mrs. Gus Horn Friday.

Mrs. A. Geisler and son Evan are entertaining the measles.

Quite a number from here spent Friday at Marshfield.
