The ballgame Sunday was a very exciting game. Willard won, the
score being 19 to 1. In the seventh inning there were 13 Willard players up to
bat. There were two home runs made by Pete Walter and Lefty Baldwin.
Frances and Doris Wilson, Thelma and Helmuth Blum called at Clair's Sunday a.m.
Quite a few attended the party at Morgal's Thursday evening. All report a
fine time.
Arnold Clair is home again. He reports he doesn't like
Neillsville very well.
The Pakiz family is entertaining company from
Illinois.
The company at Frank Schwab's have left for their home in
Chicago last week.
A large crowd attended the dance at the hall Wednesday
evening.
Eva Zallar, Mildred and Betty Clair, Ella Janezich, Steffie and
Mrs. Dechman are shipping beans at the "Beanery."
The Blum bunch and the
Clair girls spent Sunday afternoon at Tourist Park.
John and Eva Zallar,
Betty and Mrs. Clair were Neillsville callers Tuesday.
Mr. and Mrs. A.
Debevec called on Mr. and Mrs. Jake Herrick Sunday.
The F. & N.E. has
started to do business every day now.
John Zallar Jr. went to Neillsville
on Thursday.
Emily Kokaly is a proud owner of a new Ford Coupe.
