Jeanette M. Basele, 95, Bradenton, Fla., since 1982, formerly of Milwaukee and Greenwood, died on Monday, April 20. 2009. Private services were held in Bradenton.

Jeanette Ystad was born and raised on a farm on Owen Road, Greenwood, to Hans and Jorgine Ystad.

Survivors include her husband, Frank, Bradenton; one daughter, Karen Suomi, Bradenton, Fla.; one son-in-law, Dr. Stephen J. Suomi, Bethesda, Md.; niece, Ruth Snedic, and family, West Allis; godchild and nephew, Don Ystad, and family, Cudahy; as well as other nieces, nephews, and relatives.
