Mrs. Thomas Lowe went to Sparta Tuesday for a brief visit.
Wm. Goeden
transacted business at Black River Falls Tuesday.
A daughter was born to
Sheriff and Mrs. Hantke on Sunday.
A.S. Kelly and wife went to Taylor
Tuesday to spend a few days.
C.R. Sturdevant was at Black River Falls
Tuesday on business.
Dr. J.H. Brooks attended a dental society meeting at
Eau Claire yesterday.
A.M. Harriman went to Black River Falls Tuesday to
spend a couple of days.
Mrs. Dangers received word Tuesday that a son had
been born to Mr. and Mrs. Fred Dangers on Monday.
Mrs. Ned McCarr arrived
yesterday from Pennsylvania, having been called home by the illness of her
mother.
Hy. Imig, O.E. Counsell, Victor Counsell, Frank Kelly, Elmer
Buddenhagen and Ernest Palmer attended the Holstein sale at Marshfield
yesterday.
Frank Glass remembered the Times editor with a fine package of
home grown lettuce Monday, taken from his hot bed. They were delicious and of
unusual quality.
Mrs. C.W. Schruth and sister, Miss Clara Gehrt, came
home from Fargo, N.D., Sunday night for a visit with her parents, Henry Gehrt
and wife, southwest of Neillsville.
T.O. Warlum and wife of Alamossa,
Colo., arrived here Tuesday for a brief visit with his brother, P.M. Warlum, and
family. They are on their way to Detroit where Mr. Warlum is a delegate to the
Railroad Trainsmen’s convention.
