Tuesday Mr. and Mrs. George Redmond
celebrated their golden wedding and their neighbors and friends and fraternal
orders to which they belonged remembered the day and assisted in various ways to
make it one of pleasantness and kindly feeling long to be remembered. The day
was really one of “open house” for Mr. and Mrs. Redmond until late at night and
they received many expressions of the kindly esteem in which they are held by
the entire community. Leo Redmond and wife were here from Racine to help them
celebrate the event.
