Hogenson, Bessie (2 SEP 1908)

Yesterday Miss Bessie Hogenson and J. A. Barney were united in marriage at Minneapolis. The young couple left here yesterday morning, being accompanied as far as Merrillan by Miss Jennie Hogenson and W. P. Jostad of West Salem. The young couple will take a wedding trip through Washington and other western states, after which they will make their home at La Crosse.

Mrs. Barney is one of the handsome and pleasing young ladies of Neillsville (Clark Co., Wis.), and is capable in all the needs of a housewife. She is very popular in this city and has many friends who extend their best wishes to her. Mr. Barney is a resident of La Crosse, where he is engaged with his father in contracting. He is a young man of pleasant address, is a shrewd businessman and has a reputation for honesty and integrity.
