COURT In the matter of the last will and testament of James Beaulieu, deceased.
On reading and filing an Instrument In writing, purporting to be the last will and testament of James Beaulieu, late of Winneconne, in said county, deceased, and also the accompanying petition of Paulina Beaulieu of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, representing among other things, that the said James Beaulieu, lately died at Fond du Lac county, that said Instrument Is the last will and testament of said deceased, and that she, the: said petitioner. Is the identical Paulina Beaulieu named In said last will and testament, as legatee; and praying that a day be appointed for hearing the proofs of said last will and testament.
It Is ordered, that the proofs of said instrument be heard before the Judge of this Court on the 1st day of July, 1878, at 10 o'clock a. m., at the office of the Judge of this Court, In the Court House, in the city of Oshkosh, In said county.
And Ills further ordered, that public notice thereof be given to all persons interested, by publishing a copy of this order for three successive weeks, prior to said day of hearing.
In the Northwestern, a weekly newspaper, published at Oshkosh, in said county.
