Campbell, Pearl (22 DEC 1908)
Tuesday night at the home of the bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. B. Campbell, occurred the marriage of John L. James and Miss Pearl Campbell. Rev. Burrows performed the ceremony in the presence of a few relatives. The happy couple left Tuesday night for Wausaukee, where the groom has a home already prepared.
Mr. James is a young man of whom his acquaintances speak in the highest terms of praise. He is an industrious and valued employee of a large lumber company at Wausaukee. His bride is a very capable and popular young lady who has a host of friends in this city (Neillsville, Clark Co., Wis.). For five years she has been engaged in dress making at Durand. The Times extends its cordial congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. James.
