and children and Miss Lucile Stanley attended the fair at Marshfield Tuesday.
Mrs. J.B.N. Poirier and daughter Pearl called on Mrs. Ula Thursday.
Tom and Dave Moorehead motored to Gilman Thursday.
Mr. and Mrs. Homer
Potter were Wausau visitors Tuesday.
Mr. and Mrs. A.L. Larson of Silvis,
Ill. arrived here Tuesday for a visit with relatives and friends. Mrs. Larson is
a sister of George and Nick Scherer.
A large crowed from Eaton Center
attended the dance at Will Syth's Thursday night. All report a good time.
Mr. and Mrs. C.A. Mason of north of Greenwood spent Thursday evening at the
Geo. Scherer home.
George Scherer is doing some carpenter work for Mr.
Warnke in Greenwood this week.
Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Quimby of Globe were
callers at the George Scherer and Kalkofen homes Friday evening.
Mrs.
A.T. Ula left Monday for Blanchardville, Wis. To see her mother, who isn't very
well.
Graham Poirier is busy dragging the road. It was badly needed.
Mr. and Mrs. Kalkofen and children visited at the Emil Luther home Sunday
evening.
