Beller, Elizabeth (19 NOV 1869 - 11 SEP 1953)

Mrs. Elizabeth Beller passed away Friday, Sept. 11th, 1953 at her farm home in the town of Withee, Rt. 2, Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.), of old age infirmities. She had reached the age of 83 years, 9 months and 22 days.

Elizabeth Gruber was born in Wagrum, Austria on Nov. 19, 1869 . She came to America in the year 1881 and resided for a number of years at Medford, Wis.,a nd has resided here since that time. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1931 and two sisters, Mrs. Mike Ramer and Mrs. Anna Tesser.

Surviving her are four sons, Anton and Edward of Thorp, and George and Albert of Waukesha; two sister, Mrs. Clara Beckler of Ellsworth, Wis., and Sister Mary Rosaline of Polos Park, Ill.

Father A. M. Muckerheide conducted funeral services for the deceased at St. Bernard’s Catholic Church here at 9:30 a.m. Monday, Sept. 14th and interment took place in the parish cemetery. Pallbearers were W. A. Wilhelm, Eugene Wilhelm, Andrew Heiman, John C. Maier, Frank Smitke and Fred J. Hedler.
