Hertz, Grace D. (Marriage - 22 May 1948)

Miss Grace D. Hertz, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Hertz, Abbotsford, and Roger Staffeil, son of Mrs. Emma Staffeil, Colby, were united in marriage Saturday afternoon at 1:30 o’clock at the Zion Lutheran church parsonage, Colby, Wis. The Rev. Otto Hoffman officiated at the ceremony.

Attendants were Mr. and Mrs. William Koffarnus, brother-in-law and sister of the groom, and Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Lube, brother-in-law and sister of the bride.

The bride wore an aqua suit with a shoulder corsage of gardenias and carnations, and white accessories.

Mrs. Koffarnus, the matron of honor, in a brown suit, and Mrs. Lube, in a tan suit, wore shoulder corsages of carnations.

A reception followed at the home of the bride’s parents.

The couple will reside on the groom’s farm in the town of Colby, Wis.
