Fokett, William Mrs. (2 Sept. 1877 - 11 Feb. 1949)

Mrs. William Fockett, 71 years old, of Route 1, Curtiss, died at St. Joseph’s hospital, early Friday morning. She had been in poor health for a number of years. The body lay in state at the Zink Funeral Home here and on Saturday was taken to Antigo, where funeral services were held, Monday afternoon. Internment will be made in the spring.

Mrs. Fockett was born Sept. 2, 1877, in Sheboygan. She lived in Antigo until her marriage to William Fockett, when they came to a farm northwest of Abbotsford, Wis. Since 1901 they have resided on the farm.

Mrs. Fockett is survived by her husband, two sisters and one brother. There were no children.

Mr. Fockett accompanied the remains to Antigo and returned here Tuesday.
