Provinski, Edward Blaine (15 Nov. 1884 - 19 Apr. 1949)
Edward Blaine Provinski, a former resident of this vicinity, died at Santa Cruz, California, April 19. Burial will be made there.
Mr. and Mrs. Provinski were on a six months vacation at Santa Cruz where he suffered a heart attack from which he succumbed on Tuesday.
He leaves a wife; two sons, Albert, Proctor, Minn.; Robert, of Cincinnati, Ohio; four grand children, one brother, Frank, of Abbotsford; one sister, Mrs. E. A. (Sena) Brehm, of Colby, Wis.
Edward Provinski was born at Plymouth, Nov. 15, 1884. When he was a year old his parents moved to the Colby vicinity where he lived for almost 30 years.
In September, 1910, he was united in marriage with Belle Marsh, of Colby, Wis. About 34 years ago they moved to Bovey, Minn., and then to Duluth, where they have lived the past 20 years. He was employed by the Minnesota Power and Light Co.
