Miss Bertha Sedlack of the town of Mayville, Clark County, Wis., and Mr. William Mannes of this village (Dorchester, Clark County, Wis.), were united in marriage at the residence of Rev. M. J. Hilleman at Medford at three o'clock Tuesday afternoon. The marriage was a surprise to the many friends of the bride and groom, but it did not defer them from extending their congratulations and best wishes to the young couple.
