Meier, George #2 (9 OCT 1843 - 18 JUL 1909)

Geo. Meier died Sunday at his home north of the river (Neillsville, Clark Co., Wis.).  He was born in Germany and was 65 years, 9 months and 9 days of age.  Death was due to heart trouble.  He leaves a wife, two sons and three daughters.  Mr. Meier was a pleasant and capable gentleman and his death is regretted keenly by his many friends.  The funeral was held Tuesday at the Lutheran church.
