Sapetta, Louise E. (29 DEC 1951)

The traditional bridal satin, designed in princess style was born by Miss Louise Elaine Sapetta when she became the bride of Bruno Stanley Parnewicz on Saturday, Dec. 29, 1951.  Pearls and rhinestones beaded the sweetheart neckline and a lace bonnet held her fingertip veil.

Calla lilies and white chrysanthemums were in her bouquet.

The Rev. J. F. Palaszewski was assisted by the Rev. K. Krysinski when he performed the nuptial mass in St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Lublin.

Miss Helen Sapetta of Chicago was her sister’s maid of honor wearing blue satin topped with a matching cape in lace and carried an arrangement of pink carnations.  They are the daughters of Mr. and Mrs. Edmund Sapetta, town of Roosevelt in Taylor County.  As bridesmaid, Miss Audrey Jensen, Owen, wore a similar costume in lilac and carried a bouquet of blue carnations.  Their headpieces were of carnations.

Sig. Marowski of Withee served as best man for the son of Mr. and Mrs. Julius Parnewicz, town of Maplehurst, Taylor Co., with William Dmytro, Lublin, as groomsman.

Marion Sciezar’s Hall in Lublin was the scene of a reception attended by 65 guests following the ceremony, and a wedding dance was held there that evening.

The bride is a graduate of the Owen High School, and the bridegroom is engaged in farming.

From out of town came Mrs. Chester Bachna, Miss Helen Sapetta, both of Chicago, Mr. and Mrs. Ted Zawislan, Mosinee, and Mr. and Mrs. A. Sapetta, Thorp, to attend the ceremony.
