Groettum, Mary Ann (? - 25 May 2009)  

Mary Ann Groettum (nee Pagel), age 78, of Coon Rapids, MN, passed away May 25, 2009, after a long battle with pain and suffering.  

Her husband, Robert, of 38 wonderful years of marriage, predeceased her. She was also preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Nettie Pagel; sisters: Leora, Julia, Allie, Alene, and Nettie; brothers: Henry, John Louis, and Fred. 

She is survived by sons: Gary (Kathleen), Greg, Grant (Rei), Bobby (Karen), Scott (Karen), Leslie (Vesela), and Dale (April); daughter, Cheryl (Steve) Wollschlager; 16 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; sisters: Evelyn, Alice, and Florence; brother, Theron; many nieces and nephews. 

Funeral services took place on Friday, May 29, 2009 at 11 a.m. with reviewal one hour prior at Thurston-DeShaw Funeral Home in Andover, MN.  Interment was at Morningside Memorial Gardens, Coon Rapids, MN.
