Thiery, Ann (3 Oct. 1888 - 20 Dec.
1952)
Funeral services for Mrs. Ann Thiery, 64,
who died Saturday at St. Joseph’s hospital, Marshfield, where
she had been a patient for two weeks, were held Tuesday.
The body lay in state at the Zink Funeral
Home and then was taken to St. Peter’s Lutheran church, at
Dorchester, where services were held at 1:00 o’clock. Burial
was made in the Memorial cemetery, Dorchester.
Mrs. Thiery, who was born at Dorchester,
Oct. 3, 1888, lived much of her life in St. Paul, Minn., where she
was married to Thomas Thiery, who preceded her in death. Three
brothers and two sisters survive: Gust Brechlin, Abbotsford; Ed
Brechlin, Dorchester; Art Brechlin, Neenah; Mrs. George Hoff,
Curtiss; and Mrs. Frank Paul, Horicon.
The pallbearers were Arnold and Carlton
Brechlin, Appleton; Harley Hoff, Wausau; Russell Brechlin and
Richard Paul, Dorchester; Howard Stoltenberg, Wittenberg.
The flowers were carried by nieces of the deceased: Mrs. John McCorrison, Curtiss; Mrs. Howard Stoltenberg, Wittenberg; Mrs. Harold Paul and Mrs. Jack Armstrong, Beaver Dam; and Mrs. Louis Boardman, of Thorp.
