Frank Chris, 84, was killed last
Thursday, in an automobile collision near Polo, Ill. He was with
his daughter, Mrs. Bertha Brick, of Boyd, who suffered head and
foot injuries and was hospitalized at Dixon.
The body of Mr. Chris was brought to Owen
where funeral services were held Monday morning. Internment was
made at Owen.
He is survived by three sons and five daughters: Steve Chris, Mercer; Ben, of Gary, Ind.; and Clarence, of Abbotsford; Mrs. Adolph (Clara) Kleinstick, Gary, Ind.; Mrs. Charles (Rose) Knaack, Owen; Mrs. F. (Bertha) Brick, Boyd; Mrs. Claude (Lillian) Hammel, Chicago; Mrs. Frank (Lucianne) Zondlo, of Rib Lake.
