Born in Gustebiese by Wirtzen in Koenigsberg, East Prussia, on July 18, 1854, the deceased came to this country in 1883, locating in Iron Ridge, Wis. She was married to William Ehlert in Dodge county on Feb. 2, 1885, and moved with him to Clark county the same year, living on a farm in the town of Loyal. Mr. Ehlert preceded her in death, passing away on June 12, 1929, and she moved to the village 5 ½ years ago.

Three sons, John of Oconomowoc and august and Julius of the town of Loyal, survive, as do live grandchildren. One daughter, Martha, died at the age of 12 years.

Attending the funeral from away were Mr. and Mrs. John Ehlert of Oconomowoc.

To the survivors, The Tribune extends its sympathy.
