Ill., to Joseph and Marie (Fanta) Arbelovsky. The family moved to a
farm in the Chili area when Joe was a young boy. He attended Loyal
High School. He married his soul mate and true love, Donna
Handrick, on June 15, 1954, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church,
Stratford.
Joe and Donna dairy farmed side by side
in the town of Fremont, Clark County, for 40 years. Joe graduated
as an auctioneer from Reisch Auction School in Mason City, Iowa.
While farming they also owned and operated Chili Auction Service
for 42 years.
Joe proudly served in the Army National

years, he enjoyed playing baseball, softball, bowling and trapping.
Joe enjoyed the outdoors his entire life and loved to spend time in

enjoyed gatherings with his family. Joe had a strong faith in God

instrumental in building the St. Stephen's Chapel in
