Shortville, Wisconsin
The Misses Black of Jefferson county, returned home Monday after a month's visit with their aunt, Mrs. Andrew Short and family.
Little Dewey Dresden accidentally sat down in pail of hot water, burning him severely.
Mary Kennedy went to Madison Monday.
Gus Nelson has his new barn nearly finished.
Percy Grace has sold his share in the store to Mr. Ward, and has gone to Minnesota.
Ida Short has gone to Rochester, Minn., for a visit.
Mrs. Shaffer as been quite sick, but is improving.
Alberta Neff of Carlisle, and Sidney Carter of Osseo, are visiting relatives in Shortville.
Earl Irish of Rochester, Minn., returned home Saturday, after a two week's visit with his sister, Mrs. J. R. Carter.
Mrs. Fraker and daughter of Waupaca are visiting at J. W. Shaffer's.
