Warns, Katherine (7 MAY 1870 - 30 DEC 1953)
Mrs. Fred Warns, Sr., who had been one of the very remaining pioneer residents of the Town of Maplehurst (Taylor Co., Wis.) and Withee (Clark Co.) community, passed away at eight o’clock Wednesday morning at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Chippewa Falls where she had been a patient for about three weeks.
She was 83 years of age.
Rosary services will be conducted at Griebenow’s Funeral Parlors at eight o’clock Friday night and funeral services will be conducted from the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Withee at 9:30 Saturday morning. Fr. Crubel will conduct the requiem mass with burial being made in Riverside Cemetery.
