Rahn, Albert (8 JUL 1893 - 6 JAN 1954)
Albert Rahn. A resident of the town of Hoard (Clark Co., Wis.) for more than 60 years died suddenly when stricken with a heart attack while visiting at the farm home of his neighbor, Henry Hingess, on Jan 6, 1954.
Funeral services were conducted from Griebenow’s Funeral Home on Jan. 9th with a priest from Dorchester officiating. Burial was made in the family lot in the Pine Hill Cemetery at Curtiss. Pallbearers were Archie Ackerman, Joseph Ackerman, Archie Hamm, George "Bud" Hamm, Fred Rahn and Walker Maki.
The deceased was born on July 8, 1893 in the Town of Hoard, being the son of the late Albert and Margaret Rahn. He spent his entire life in the community and for the past many years had farmed the home place. He was unmarried and is survived by two brothers, Charles of Owen; John of Thorp, and one sister, Mrs. C. E. (Anne) Nelson, Stanley.
