Eidsvold, Wisconsin
Minnie Ruscher returned from Sycamore, Ill., last week. She left the pet fawn she took with her, with an uncle.
Daughters have been born to L. M. Cornwell and wife, and Willis Peterson and wife, since our last writing.
Several of our young men have gone to Dakota.
Bill Warner and sister, Susie, accompanied a party of Resebergers on a black-berry expedition Friday, returning home Sunday. They report berries as being plentiful.
Mrs. Otto Warner went to Hancock Monday for a visit with relatives.
J. R. Baxter and wife, and W. H. Vandusen and wife, went black berrying last week.
Prof. Barber has resumed his labors in the Eidsvold school. Alice Baker will teach in a school north of Curtiss this fall. The Thorp Courier says, Grace Boardman of Thorp, will teach in the Samulson district. Mrs. T. H. Barber and daughter came up with the Prof. Monday morning, returning to Withee the same day.
