Schilling Station
G. Phillips and Sam Johnson went black berrying over across the Eau Claire river last Saturday. Don't ask us anything about the happenings on the road in that rough country, it was a tip-over and slipping affair and a cart wheel that refused to turn, we won't tell the rest of the excitement.
Martin Johnson is having his house sided, Anthony Larson doing the work.
Martin Johnson had the misfortune of having his best horse badly cut in the barbed wire fence last Saturday night, which will make it crippled for some time to come.
Johnie Hendrickson of Greenwood, and Emma Richison of the same place, were visitors at the Larson Sunday school last Sunday.
Walter Hubble of Greenwood, was visiting his cousin, Geo. Harlow, Sunday.
C. Richeleu is doing some repairing about the school grounds this week.
The Norwegian day school closes in the Larson district this week.
Wm Hills and his son, George, of Loyal, were over near the Eau Claire river black berrying last Saturday. Mr. Hills is 75 years old and he gets around as spry as some young persons.
