Youmans, Ann (8 Mar. 1899 - 1 Jan. 1954)
Mrs. J. J. Youmans, 54, wife of the Colby
agent of the Soo Line Railroad, died Friday morning Jan. 1, at St.
Joseph’s hospital, at Marshfield, where she had been a
patient the past two weeks.
Funeral services were held at St.
Mary’s Catholic church at 9:00 a.m. Monday, Burial was made
in the Colby cemetery with the Rev. Frank Brickl officiating.
She is survived by her husband, a son,
Patrick, serving in the Navy at Virginia Beach, Virginia; a
daughter, Mrs. Harold Tisdale, Indianapolis, Indiana; three
brothers and her step mother, Mrs. Mary Dudin, L’Anse,
Michigan.
Mrs. Youmans was a member of St. Mary’s church, Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary, Post 2227, and the Colby Blue Sky Garden Club.
