Michlig, Lorraine (Marriage - 4 Sept. 1954)  
 

The Rev. Raymond Schulz read the double ring service for the marriage of Miss Lorraine Michlig and Myron Ewert, at a ceremony performed at St. Bernard’s rectory at 2:30 o’clock Saturday afternoon, Sept. 4. 
 

Mr. and Mrs. Donald Frane, Colby, brother-in-law and sister of the bride, were the couple’s only attendants.  
 

Following the ceremony, a reception for the immediate families was held at the home of the bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Michlig, Route 1, Curtiss.  
 

Mr. and Mrs. Ewert are at home on the Michlig farm, which the groom operates. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Ewert, of Colby. Mrs. Ewert operates Lorraine’s Beauty Shop, at Owen.
