Mr. Engelking was town treasurer at Sanborn for several years and was a member of the Elks lodge and Modern Woodmen.

He is survived by his widow, two sons, Fred Jr., and Edward Engelking, both of Abbotsford; four daughters, Mrs. Elmer (Margaret) Schraufnagel, Abbotsford; Mrs. Sylvester (Marie) Schraufnagel, Glidden; Mrs. Arnold (Florence) Schraufnagel, Green Bay; and Mrs. William (Edna) Berweger, Ashland; three brothers, George Engelking, Minneapolis; William Engelking, St. Paul; and Joseph Engelking, Phillips; a sister, Mrs. C.
