Robt. L. Gates was up from Milwaukee Monday.
Editor Richardson of Loyal, called on friends here Thursday.
F. C. Wage has taken possession of his newly purchased home on Court street.
The rain storm Sunday afternoon was accompanied by a strong wind that did some damage here. The furniture factory suffered the greatest damage, the smoke stack being blown down, the blower torn off and part of the roof being torn off. The plant will be idle for a week while repairs are being made.
L. M. Sturdevant returned from a trip to Wonewoc Tuesday.
