Miss Dorothy Verdell Rasmussen, Route 1, Colby, whose foster parents are Mr. and Mrs. Dwight Balow, became the bride of Lawrence Harry Kuck, Columbus, son of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Kuck, also of Columbus, during an 11:30 ceremony Thursday morning at the Clark county court house in the judge’s chambers.  
 

Witnesses for the marriage were Miss Hilda Kuck, Columbus, and Fred Griswold, a brother-in-law of the bride, of Pittsville. Miss Kuck wore a corsage of pink and red roses with her blue suit and white accessories.  
 

The bridal ensemble included a winter white flannel suit with white accessories and a corsage of orchids.  
 

Immediate families were served a wedding dinner at the home of the bride, following the ceremony. After a wedding trip to North Carolina and other southern states, including Florida, the Kucks will live near Columbus where Mr. Kuck is a farmer.
