Anderson, Lila Freida (4 Dec. 1914 - 13 Sept. 2009) 
 

Lila Freida Anderson, 94, of Spencer, died Sunday, Sept. 13, 2009, at the Golden LivingCenter-Colonial Center, Colby. 
 

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 19, 2009, at the Trinity Lutheran Church, Unity. Interment will follow at the church cemetery. 
 

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church. 
 

Lila was born Dec. 4, 1914, in Sarona, the daughter of Frank and Emma (Krumm) Ladwig. She was united in marriage in 1939 to Walter Anderson. He preceded her in death in 1972. 
 

She worked as a teacher, at Land O'Lakes in Spencer, and on the family farm. 
 

Lila is survived by her children, Diana (Paul) Haustowich of Waukesha, Terry Anderson of Spencer, Debra (Michael) Dziubinski of Norfolk, Va., and Timmy (Angie) Anderson of Spencer; and a sister, Clara Westberg of Marshfield. 
 

She is further survived by six grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and two stepgreat-grandchildren. 
 

She was preceded in death her parents; by a sister, Luella Krauter; a brother, Edward Ladwig; and one great-grandchild. 
 

Hansen-Schilling Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
