Funeral services for Joseph R. Heida, 75, of Eau Claire, who died Aug. 9, at Sacred Heart hospital, were held Thursday, Aug. 12, at 2:00 o’clock, from the Golden Funeral Home. The Rev. Nicola Santella officiated and internment was made at Forest Hill cemetery. 
 

Mr. Heida is survived by his wife, Cora, a son, Robert, of Mondovi; a brother, George, Abbotsford; a sister, Mary Smith, Stevens Point; three grand children and one great grand child. 
 

Among those from Abbotsford who attended the funeral were Mr. and Mrs. George Heida, Mr. and Mrs. Ned Sterling, Mrs. Martin Daenicke and daughters, Beverly, Shirley, and Mrs. Raymond Johnson, Mrs. Anna Heida, and Mrs. Ida Schupmehl.
