Peterson, Mr./Mrs. Roy (25^th Anniv. - 8 May 1954) 
 

Mr. and Mrs. Roy Peterson observed their silver wedding anniversary Saturday. Many friends from Abbotsford called and those from away who were here for the occasion included:

Beck and Edna Mae, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Peterson and Judy, Mr. and Mrs. Swan Peterson and Harley, Mr. and Mrs. Emil Mathias and Mrs. Duane Bulgrin, of Owen; Mr. and Mrs. Schultz Nielsen and two children and William Nielsen, of Boyd; Mr. and Mrs. Harry Fristad, of Colby; Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Kueng, Marshfield; Mr. and Mrs. Lee Smiley and daughters, Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Buchanan, Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Strade, Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Weix, Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Stover, Mr. and Mrs. William Erickson and two sons and Mrs. G. H. Reidel, Curtiss; and Mr. and Mrs. Orson Adams, of Hancock. 
 

Roy Peterson and Edna Adams were married in Minneapolis May 8, 1929. They made their home in Abbotsford where Mr. Peterson operated a garage for many years. 
 

The Petersons have three children, Arthur, Rockford, Minn.; Barbara, at Minneapolis; and Carla, at home. They have four grand children.
