Michlig, Lorraine #3 (4 SEP 1954)
A corsage of yellow roses and white mums was pinned to the shoulder line of the aqua street length dress worn with white accessories by Miss Lorraine Michlig, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Michlig, Curtiss (Clark Co., Wis.), when she exchanged marriage vows with Myron Ewert, son of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Ewert, Saturday, Sept. 4, 1954, in St. Bernard’s Catholic Church, Abbotsford. The Rev. Raymond Schultz was the officiating clergyman.
A black and red dress with black accessories was worn by Mrs. Donald Frane, Colby, who served at matron of honor for her sister. Her corsage was yellow roses and carnations. Mr. Frane was best man for his new brother-in-law.
Following the nuptial rites a supper and reception ere held at the home of the bride’s parents at Curtiss.
After Sept. 10, the Myron Ewerts will be at home at Curtiss. At present they are honeymooning in northern Wisconsin. The new Mrs. Ewert, who attended Abbotsford High School, is a beauty shop operator in Owen. Her husband, a Colby High School graduate, is a farmer.
