St. Bernard’s Catholic Church (1^st Communion - 5 June 1955) 
 

Summer school at St. Bernard’s Catholic church will close Saturday morning at 11 o’clock. The class that has been instructed for first Holy Communion will be enrolled in the scapular at that time. 
 

On Sunday morning, this group of 18 children will receive Communion at the 8:00 o’clock low mass. 
 

Included in the class are William Bobbe, William Bogaard, Gwendolyn Colby, Patricia Draper, Diane Geiger, Ronald Kiefer, Delores Laski, Donald Melvin, Duane Muehler, David Nikolay, Diane Orth, Beth Peterson, Gerald Piwoni, Bernice Pupp, Marie Schindler, Calvin Smart, Audrey Wiese, and George Zink.
